Mender 2.2.1 released: Stability improvements

We are pleased to announce the release of Mender 2.1.1 and 2.2.1!

Both are patch releases, meaning they include bugfixes and stability enhancements for the 2.1.0 and 2.2.0 releases, respectively.

Try Mender 2.2 now!

The easiest way to try out all features is to sign up for Mender Professional (see below), which includes all commercial features. It is free to test out!

Sign up for Mender Professional

Mender Professional (previously known as Hosted Mender) offers all the new Mender features as a hosted service.

Mender Professional saves you time maintaining scalability, security, certificates, uptime, upgrades and compatibility of the Mender server. To use it, simply point your Mender clients to our server! The service is inexpensive and priced comparatively with the cost of self-hosting a Mender Open Source server, while giving access to more features.

Upgrade to Mender 2.2.1

If you are using Mender 2.2.0, follow the Mender 2.2 upgrade documentation to upgrade to Mender 2.2.1.

It will likely work to use the same document to upgrade older releases of Mender as well, but please note that the official and tested upgrade path is always from the previous minor or patch release.
