We have introduced a Quick Start Package to get users up and running rapidly with Mender OTA for their embedded Linux project. This will include 40 billable hours of professional services (consulting) to help you port the Mender client to your custom board as well as a 6 month subscription of our software support for up to 300 devices for added peace of mind.
The support subscription will include a dedicated Mender contact with issue resolution under a service level agreement, security advisory notifications, and access to Mender's product team to make an impact on the product roadmap.
This discounted package will expire on May 31st, 2017. Typically, a port to a custom board can be completed within 40 hours with the following:
- Yocto version of Morty or Krogoth
- U-Boot as the primary bootloader (containing BOOTCOUNT feature; U-Boot v2014.07 or later)
- boots from SD Card/eMMC
The cost is $7,500 for the above (Usain Bolt not included). We can also provide consulting at this reduced rate for any general Yocto consulting. Email us at contact@mender.io for more details.
